Account Deletion
From the App Settings section
Access: Tap “Profile” in the bottom navigation. On the top right of your Profile, tap the “Settings” gear icon. Find the “Privacy & Account” option.
Confirmation: Scroll to the “Delete my account” section and tap the “Delete my account” button. Select “Delete my account” in the confirmation modal.
Deletion Process: After selection, your profile and all data will be immediately removed from our servers.
Logout: You'll be logged out. Logging in again requires a new sign-up.
Unable to access the app
If you can't access the app and want to delete your account, follow these steps:
Send an Email: Email our customer service at info@realfemma.com
Subject Line: Write "Profile Deletion Request" in the subject.
Provide the Following Information:
Full Name: Your full name.
Email Address: The email address you used to login.
